Find out how the work really happens: who does it, what they decide and what data they have. I talk to the people who use the product every day.
02Structure
Map out the flow and the order of steps, so the experience makes sense from start to finish.
03Explore
Explore a few directions early, using real data, before choosing one.
04Specify
Turn the chosen direction into a clear, detailed design that the team can build from.
05Hand off and learn
Work closely with engineering until launch, then learn from how people use it.

BackgroundDesigning B2B and B2C products since 2011.

I have designed B2B and B2C products since 2011, for teams in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Consulting taught me to always ask what people are trying to decide, and what they need to know to decide it.

My work covers product design, user research, usability testing, product management, design systems, accessibility, and more.
